This extremely successful program consists of two sessions. In the first session we gather information, discuss your personal reasons for wanting to quit smoking, and examine your individual smoking rituals and habits. You will also learn about the dangers of smoking and the physical changes your body goes through when you eliminate nicotine. In addition, you will gain knowledge about how your thinking patterns have prevented you from success in the past, and how you can easily change them.
Both of your sessions include NLP techniques, hypnosis, positive affirmations and post-hypnotic suggestions. You are fully expected to be a non-smoker at the end of your first session, at which you will be provided with a recording that helps reinforce the given suggestions. In your second session we will address the changes you have made and experienced after your first appointment. The session concludes with more positive suggestions and power programming.
Quitting smoking should not be difficult or unpleasant. Most clients will stop smoking after their first session. After a few days the desire to smoke is gone and most of my clients agree that Hypnosis was the fastest, easiest and most effective way to stop smoking.
So why hasn’t it been that easy previously? Simple! You didn’t deal with the psychological reasons and secondary benefits of smoking. In fact, you probably put cigarettes up on some kind of a pedestal, or made them your friend. If you think that quitting is depriving you of something, then it is just a matter of time until you start again, unless you replace smoking with a new and healthy habit. Hypnotherapy is perfect for changing old habits and establishing new behavior patterns.
This stop smoking program is tax deductible. Below is what the IRS says about stop smoking program and also the link to the IRS website.
